"I have been a tutor at various times during my career as and Electrical Engineer since I graduated from college in 1987. I have a passion for math, physics and electronics courses and I enjoy explaining complex topics in a simpler form. I like seeing my students understand a topic they initially struggled with and I also enjoy hearing about their successes with their coursework.
I use wide variety of methods to explain math and physics concepts and I am very patient and friendly. Many of my students have thanked me years after I have worked with them when I happen to meet them. I have a passion for learning and am always looking for creative ideas and better ways to teach a particular subject.
I have an AAS degree in Electronics Technology with a GPA of 3.8 and a BSEE degree with a GPA of 3.4. I have worked since 1988 at six different companies as a product design engineer on a wide range of consumer and industrial electronic products. I have also tutored over 50 students in various electrical engineering courses since 1988.
I excelled in math courses throughout my entire college career. I also have developed a wide range of methods to explain mathematical concepts in simpler terms. Many of my students have told me that I often explain concepts more clearly than their current teacher.
