"Hi! My name is Hallie B. I am excited to be able to combine my love for teaching with my passion for healthcare and nursing. I graduated from Gardner-Webb University with my Masters in Nursing Education in 2019. I obtained my Medical-Surgical Certification (CMSRN) in 2020. I have worked at a local community hospital as a Clinical Nurse Educator since 2018. I also have experience as a Clinical Instructor for a local community college where I have worked with ADN and LPN students on a medical-surgical floor. I have also worked on a general medical floor for three years starting as a new graduate. I also have exposure in medical-surgical, pediatrics, women's surgery, and house-wide education. My most recent clinical nursing job description was managing 22 medical offices.

I enjoy helping students with learning test-taking strategies specifically to get prepared for NCLEX. As a nursing student myself, I worked as a Lab Assistant to help other students from freshman to senior years in simulations and textbook work. I have experience in leadership such as being charge nurse and a preceptor. As an educator, I have helped new hires, clinical students, and other hospital and outpatient employees.
