My students have gained admission into Emory, UCLA, Boston College, Rice University, Brown University, etc. My own personal statement has gained me admission and waitlists from Rice University, UCLA, Stanford University, Harvard University, Johns Hopkins University, NYU, University of Southern California, and UT Austin.

My tutoring style is focused on identifying the strengths of my students and using that to help them build their narrative. I've edited over 300 essays, and I've developed a unique eye to finding the "spike" in each of my students. I work carefully to emphasize their message without editing away their unique voice. My essay editing is focused on enhancing the syntax and clarity of their message rather than trying to change the writing style.
