I graduated with a B.A. in History and did several years of work on a M.A. in Public History. I have worked in various kinds of college history tutoring for two years. I was a Supplemental Instruction Leader with SLAC at Texas State University first, and then I later was a Graduate Assistant for the History Department there. I graded hundreds of essays, and eventually taught part of the class as a Liddle Fellow. I made lesson plans for my SLAC and Liddle sessions, gaining experience in what engages students.

I have been through a lot of high school AP history coursework too, earning a four or five on the A.P. U.S., World, and European history tests. This will help me serve high schoolers and not just college students." less...
