"Hey! My name is Patricio, but most people call me Pat. I'm a second-year undergraduate engineering major with strengths in math, science, and software. I enjoy learning more when teachers and professors talk directly to me, or when they show care and dedication to their students. No one likes when their tutor doesn't look like they care for them, and it's even worse when the tutor doesn't know much about the subject. I always loved when teachers were knowledgeable and passionate about what they teach, and I try to extend that to other people when I teach. I try to tutor in a very caring and fun manner that makes learning fun and engaging to other people. I use plans to help get the subject I teach across in a cohesive and manageable way, and I use practice questions and tests to help students directly prepare for their examinations.

I have most experience tutoring one-on-one through my university's tutoring platform and many, many of my friends. I always work with them as much as I need to to make sure they understand the content that they have to learn. From doing this, I've tutored in algebra, calculus, linear algebra, chemistry, physics, and computer science.
