"I am a country girl at heart, who has traveled quite a bit in this world. I am extremely interested in meeting and interacting with people of varied cultures and backgrounds. I am an avid reader, and I devour books. History is also a passion of mine. I love teaching, having been a teacher's assistant in the Granite School District in grades from Preschool to High School. I feel that study skills are vital in today's competitive world. In high school, I was the first place winner in a state essay contest. I was a member of the National Honor Society in high school. At Snow College, a junior college, I graduated with Honors. At Utah State University I graduated Cum Laud.
