I am currently a stay-at-home Mom of 3 children. After graduating from Kent State in 2011 (cum laude), my husband and I agreed that I would take care of the children until they were school aged and I will then return to the workforce.

My career plans include becoming a certified substitute teacher. Until then, I have decided that tutoring area students in subjects that I am passionate and knowledgeable about will be a great way to stay active in the education community AND help others along the way!

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I'm a former Certified Research Assistant - Medical Psychology. I have excellent proofreading and grammar skills and I can provide creative writing tools and essay formatting and brainstorming assistance. I had a 4.0 in my college English courses

I began college as an Early Childhood Education major so I have completed many courses in this area as well as being a parent to a straight-A third grader, I am familiar current teaching methods and standards. Also, I have two years experience tutoring elementary children in an after school program in all subjects.
