"Hi, I’m Dave. I have 33 years of experience from working in the field of natural resources and 10 years teaching college classes. I have a B.S. Degree in Biology and an M.S. Degree in Natural Resources. I worked for various natural resource state agencies and have taught both online and seated classes in Biology, Ecology and Environmental Sciences at two universities.

Most biological sciences can be related to either our natural world or our bodies and understanding those relationships makes learning and understanding concepts more relevant. I strive to help students understand why it is important to know these relationships and bring real world examples to learning. Where appropriate, I use online labs as a great way for students to practice their scientific method skills and better understand concepts.

I look forward to working with each and every student in their educational journey.
