"Welcome to my page! I'm Lily, or Ms. G-S, and I'm a Math Instructor at a Baltimore University, with experience in the high school classroom as well. I've been teaching for 5 years and I absolutely love it - helping students conquer their math demons is fun and rewarding.

I was tutoring for almost a decade before I became a teacher. I specialize in the algebra pathway, from pre-algebra through algebra 3 (college algebra), calculus I, and geometry. With both a bachelors and masters in mathematics, I've definitely acquired the fundamentals that underpin the why's of mathematics. This enables me to provide explanations in a variety of ways and make sure my students have the full understanding before moving on to the next concept.

I'm also a passionate SAT Prep tutor. The SAT can seem like this behemoth and unconquerable. Fortunately, I've studied and practiced and can give you the benefit of my experience.
