I'm typically used to tutoring elementary, middle, and high school students in math ranging from Elementary math to Calculus AB.
My approach when it comes to tutoring is to assess the student's current knowledge base and to identify key weaknesses that are holding him/her back. I find that this method tends to lead to long-term growth, as even after I no longer tutor those students, they will be cognitive of their strengths/weaknesses and can address their shortcomings accordingly." less...
