"Education is the most vital component of anyone's life. Acquiring knowledge, skills, and the ability to learn is simply priceless. I have been an educator for the past 30 years, and enjoy teaching, learning, tutoring, sharing my knowledge and embracing wisdom to share with others as they walk through their journeys to improve the overall quality of their lives. It is my belief that ALL are capable of learning and just need a little push to realize that hidden potential. My background is in English and Communication. Having been blessed to teach internationally, I have learned to work with every student from all walks of life. I am able to work with both traditional and non-traditional students, K-12, college and university students. My credentials enable me to work with undergraduate and graduate students. I am a trained technical writer, certified in Developmental Reading and Writing, and offer counseling in interviewing and job acquisition skills. As a college professor, I learned to assess and provide appropriate academic advising, work closely to help students acquire scholarships, and maintain consistent contacts in the job market.
