My name is Thelma and I am a compassionate and patient individual who has spent the last seven years educating children ages newborn to 16 years, in a variety of settings. Currently I am employed as an Applied Behavior Analyst Paraprofessional, working 1:1 children who has a diagnosis of Autism Syndrome Disorder, teaching Daily Living Skills, Cognitive Skills, Pre-Vocational and Vocational Skills. I am experienced in assisting and supporting individuals with special needs achieving their goals. My clients' diagnoses includes autism, blind/visually impaired, deaf, schizophrenia, cerebral palsy and intellectual disorders. I am trained as a Department of Developmental Disabilities Direct Support Staff.
