"I have an associate's degree in Video Game Design & Development, a bachelor's in Mathematics. I recently left a PhD program in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science to focus on helping students succeed and working in computer science and game development. I am happy to help students succeed and focus on building strong rapport with students. I prefer to create an environment that allows students to learn without anxiety or stress.
I focus primarily on student success. I have been programming for 22+ years. My language expertise spans Python, C, C#, C++, and Java. I have taught Calculus I and II at the university level, also have done independent study sessions for Linear Algebra, introduction to computer science, analysis of algorithms, theory of computation, proofs, and discrete mathematics. For the past five years I have been tutoring students in all areas of computer science as well as calculus , discrete mathematics, and pre-calculus.
If you want a stress-free environment to improve your performance in math and computer science, I will be happy to provide it. I work with students from the upper high school level to the graduate level. If you want to learn programming on your own I am here to help. I'm excited to work with new learners and help them succeed!" less...
