"Hello, I’m Benjamin! I have been tutoring for a while now, with a focus on Computer Science, Programming, and English Reading/Writing. I am currently studying Computer Science with a 3.9 GPA with hopes of attaining a Masters. I have strong knowledge in mathematical concepts and CS concepts such as Object Oriented Programming (OOP). I have taken and excelled in advanced classes such as Calculus 1, 2, 3, Physics 1 and 2, Linear Algebra, Computer Architecture as well as Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). I am also certified as an IT Specialist in Java. I have a flexible schedule and would love to work with you at times that are best for you!

When I first started programming at a young age, I found that it was hard to break that initial barrier of understanding. I came to realize that learning a new programming language is much like learning a real language, such as Spanish. Without someone to guide you and to answer questions, learning can be exhausting and sometimes frustrating. However, I also came to understand that while Computer Science as a whole can be tiring, I enjoy it. Since then, I have tutored others in this area and found that I love teaching others about computers as much as I do learning about them! I want to share my love of computers with others and to help alleviate that initial frustration felt when just starting with computer programming. I can assist with beginner topics such as basic programming in various languages like Python, C++, Java, or Rust and up to more advanced topics such as Data Structures and Algorithms.

I have also found that I have a knack for writing and English in general. I am happy to help with reading and writing.
