"As a third year studying computer science at Columbia University and an incoming Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft, I have gained comprehensive knowledge in mathematical and computer science concepts throughout my academic and professional career. With a 3.84 GPA, I have a strong foundation in languages such as Java, Python, and C, with real-world intern experience in software engineering.

My one year of teaching experience includes tutoring middle school students in various STEM concepts and providing SAT prep for a high school student. I have tutored both in-person and virtually, utilizing Zoom and an iPad. I have also previously mentored and onboarded fellow software engineer interns through Visual Studio Code Live Share, which helps to create a collaborative coding environment that can facilitate teaching computer science concepts.

My tutoring approach focuses on encouraging critical thinking by guiding students toward the right answers while providing thorough and complete reasoning behind each concept.
