"I am a New York based musician offering tutoring in Violin, Viola, Music Reading, Music Theory, Music History, and Ear Training. As an experienced and dedicated educator, I am passionate about sharing the joy of music and helping students unlock their full potential. I began my studies on the violin over 20 years ago, pursuing it through college to earn a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance from Roosevelt University. With 8 years of teaching experience, I have worked with students of all ages and levels, from toddlers learning Twinkle Twinkle to adults picking up a new skill, and everything in between. I teach both in the classroom (school orchestra) and private one-on-one lessons. I tutor many students in school orchestras, helping them with their music for class. For most of my private violin students, I use the Suzuki Method, for which I registered Teacher Training through Units 4, supplementing with scales, etudes, and fun pop/folk music.
