"I am a conservation scientist who loves to tackle interesting quantitative questions and make compelling figures in R. I am a trained wildlife biologist with extensive experience working on issues related to the ecology and conservation of amphibians and reptiles.

I have taught university-level field courses on topics related to herpetology, dendrology, and conservation biology. I have also informally mentored dozens of students on ecological study designs, GIS techniques, biostatistics, and data visualization.

I prefer to use the RStudio ecosystem of packages and resources to organize complex datasets, create sophisticated models and figures, and develop reproducible workflows that can be shared with others.
