"I am new to the tutoring world, but because I love to learn new things, I enjoy helping other people learn, too. I was home-schooled my entire life, from kindergarten through high school, and watching my parents struggle with teaching me subjects they themselves didn't always understand, I can understand the rigors and responsibilities of trying to teach one or more children with little or no help.

I believe in Creation Science, and I'm a Baptist, so my tutoring will naturally reflect my beliefs. If you want your children to learn how dinosaurs fit into the Bible, or how ancient cultures affected the events of the Bible (and vice versa), I can help. I use teaching resources from Answers In Genesis, The Institute for Creation Research, and other Creation Science publishing companies, as well as Chick Publications. And, of course, I refer to the Bible as the final word. I prefer to use the Authorized King James Version, but I will use other versions if the parents or students prefer it.

I've always had an interest in science, particularly in animals and in archaeology. I always try to consider science questions from a Biblical perspective. If I don't know the answer to a question, I'm more than happy to try to find it out, or to help you figure it out for yourself.

Since I am a new tutor, my fee is $25 per hour. At this time, I cannot travel or teach online, and I will have to work with you in order to set up a schedule that works for everyone. I apologize for these inconveniences. The best place for me to tutor would be at the Coffeyville Library, or at your home if you live in Coffeyville.
