"I love everything about the artistic process! I am a visualist with a marketing eye and a passion for photography, video production and graphic design! I am a creative director who loves to teach and I believe in hands on learning, showing examples and getting the student to research the process for themselves so I can be assured they are truly understanding the principles.

Although my roots are in fashion design and fashion photography, the skills I have learned over the last 30 years have given me a depth of experience in product and marketing photography and then as a graphic designer and how to take those images to print and the web.

I am proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere which are all great tools for making your artistic vision come to life. I am an internationally published and award winning photographer with a specialty in lighting and off-camera lighting for photography and lighting and staging for video production.

Although I am new to Wyzant, I have been training people in photography and technical production for 20+ years...many of those years as the media / technical / creative director for several churches.

I am also an entrepreneur so most of those years were also spent creating marketing imagery for our product lines.

Regardless of whether you’re a seasoned photographer / videographer or just starting out or are at any point of the process of any of the above programs, I would love to use my real world skills and passion for teaching to help you discover the visual artist in you!" less...
