"My name is Kate and I reside in the Springfield, OH area. Currently I am a Community Employment Specialist that works with Adults with Developmental Disabilities. In this position I work with adults with disabilities and asset with their job search. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and have worked in various types of education settings. With all of my experience though, I prefer to work with students that are usually deemed 'at-risk' or in need of 'intervention'. I worked extensively with the Boys and Girls Club of Wayne Co (Indiana) and highly enjoyed it's alternative education department, as well as worked in a preschool that specialized in special needs and behavioral issues.
