My academic voyage commenced at Rice University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics, laying the groundwork for a diverse career in education.

Continuing my quest for excellence, I earned a Master's in Teaching (Mathematics Education) from Western Governors University. This varied academic background positions me as an instructor uniquely poised to navigate the convergence of science, mathematics, and the ever-changing landscape of education.

As a Korean-Canadian-American, I bring a fusion of diversity to my teaching. Specializing in subjects spanning from elementary to advanced levels, I guide students through the complexities of Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus AB/BC. The spectrum extends to college-level Physics and Chemistry, fostering a comprehensive and dynamic learning experience.

My teaching portfolio extends beyond conventional subjects to encompass standardized test preparation. From ISEE and Kangaroo Math to AMC, SSAT, the ACT, and the new SAT, I've effectively supported students through these milestones. My triumph, achieving an SAT score of 2260 (out of 2400) in 2009 with a perfect 800 in Math, showcases the dedication and strategies necessary for success in standardized testing.
