"Hello all, my name is Evan K., and I am currently pursuing Culinary Arts and a minor in Mathematics as a Freshman at Johnson and Wales University. Because I spend my summers out here on the island, I decided that while I was here I would assist any students that were in need of any math help.

In the past I have tutored on a personal level, and these are my qualifications. During the course of my high school career, I maintained honor role in all my math classes , these classes included Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Personal Finance, Precalculus, College level Statistics, and College level Calculus 1 and 2. The lowest grade I received in any of these classes was an 87.7%(During Covid), and that is the only reason I cannot say that all those classes were passed with high honors instead only regular honors. I also in my most recent year as a senior, elected to take the Advanced Placement Statistics and Advanced Placement Calculus BC exams. Not only that but I passed both exams with a high enough score that I earned 9 out of the 15 credits that I require to earn a Mathematics minor at my university before I even begin my first year. In addition I have been in the accelerated Math program since the 8th grade. I also have previously tutored over 30 hours with both friends and assigned students ranging from middle to high school.

If me not having a degree is seating itself as a problem in your mind, please keep in mind that through the Advanced Placement system I have taken all the courses that I would need to take for my minor besides multivariable Calculus and another 4000+ class. This means that the skill set that I currently possess is quite sufficient to teach and demonstrate the material that your student would be needing to be taught, so therefore please do not let me not having a degree affect your decision, I am well enough educated to teach these concepts comfortably I assure you.
