"My experience as an elementary school teacher has developed a passion and personal commitment to three things: fostering a safe, positive learning environment for students with various backgrounds, maximizing individual student performances with data driven instruction, and developing strong relationships with students and families. For more than 14 years, I have worked with elementary aged students in private, public and charter school settings. As an educator, I take pride in creating creative and engaging lesson plans, ensuring students are receiving appropriate accommodations and differentiations to meet their needs, and creating individual goals to help students reach their academic potential in all subject areas.

I am currently a K-5 ESOL teacher and have developed highly effective lesson plans, motivated student learning, as well as consistently implemented interventions that promoted interest and knowledge retention.
