"My name is Carter Milne and I'm from Washington, UT. I graduated from Pine View High School in 2015 as a valedictorian of my class. I just recently graduated in December 2020 from Southern Utah University with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish with a minor in Chemistry. This last summer, I applied to dental school and just received word at the end of the year that I was accepted into four of the schools I applied to. Of the options I had, I plan on attending the University of Utah School of Dentistry starting this upcoming Fall 2021 semester.

Regarding the experiences I've had tutoring, I have spent the last two years or so working and volunteering as a chemistry and Spanish tutor at the Southern Utah University Tutoring Center. Here, I have provided both group and 1-on-1 tutoring for the many university students I've helped. Since being accepted into dental school, I am currently tutoring undergraduate students on the side as well as they prepare to take their DAT sometime within the next few months.

As a student in my own university chemistry courses, not only did I receive A's in all four semesters of my general and organic chemistry, but I ended up scoring in the 99th percentile on my ACS General Chemistry Exam, the 100th percentile (30) in the General Chemistry section on the DAT, and around the 95th percentile (26) on the Organic Chemistry section of the DAT.

Why I feel working with me as you tackle your chemistry courses/DAT sections would be most effective is because my General and Organic Chemistry sections were the two on the DAT that I scored the best on. As I mentioned, aside from my personal performance on my entrance exam, I have spent a very good amount of time helping students score better in each of these sections/courses for these last two years.
