"I am a medical student with a passion for teaching . I have had the privilege of volunteering as a tutor for high school students through the National Honor Society, where I developed a love for mentoring students. My experience continued at the Rutgers Learning Center, where I provided volunteer-based support in various subjects, including calculus and biology. I was fortunate to score a perfect 800 on the SAT Math and to achieve the 96th percentile on the MCAT sections for "Chemical and Physical Foundations of Living Systems" and the "Biological and Biochemical Foundations of Living Systems" sections. I also earned 5s on my AP exams in Biology, Chemistry, United States Government and Politics, and US Hisotry. These experiences have deepened my understanding of these subjects, and I strive to share that knowledge with students in a way that makes complex concepts more accessible.
In addition to my tutoring experience, I also offer college and medical school application consulting. Having gained admission to Columbia, Cornell, and the University of Pennsylvania, I understand the intricacies of the application process and can guide students in crafting compelling narratives and standout applications.
I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring challenging material. By personalizing my approach to meet each student's unique needs, I help them build confidence and achieve their academic goals." less...
