I’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant for multiple writing-intensive courses, guiding students through essay structure, analysis, and argumentation. When tutoring ACT Reading, I focus on strategies to break down passages efficiently, find key ideas, and manage time effectively. I aim to make reading comprehension feel more intuitive, not just a test strategy. When I personally took the ACT, I got a 19 in the English section. I took the test again and brought my score up to a 30 with the skills I taught myself. I underderstand the struggle that students may encounter and go through many different teaching methods to help them with their specific needs as well as keep them motivated to learn.

For Spanish, I emphasize conversational fluency, helping students feel more comfortable speaking in real-world scenarios. My experience comes from both living in Florida in a Spanish speaking community and taking college level Spanish courses. Whether it’s casual conversations or more structured practice, I tailor lessons to your level and goals. My specialty is in speaking, so I am most helpful for students practicing for oral exams, but I am able to conduct grammar and writing lessons as well.

I also have a strong background in Microsoft platforms like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint though my past 4 years of college. Whether you need to format documents, organize data, or build professional presentations, I can walk you through it step by step.
