"Since 2011, I have served as a paid peer tutor, teaching chemistry, physics, mathematics, pharmacology, and physiology to fellow students. Before I begin tutoring, I like to understand how students approach test questions/ science concepts. Thereafter, I give specific advice on how to carefully dissect the problem, use deductive reasoning to derive a solution, and establish understanding. Also, I personally tailor my didactic sessions to the students' unique learning style by delivering content in a variety of ways (i.e diagrams, graphs, verbal explanations, mnemonics, analogies, etc). Lastly, I bring energy and charisma into our tutoring sessions to make learning fun!

I have completed Pharmacy school and Medical School earning my Doctor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree respectively. I also earned minors in Physics and Chemistry during my undergraduate studies. I developed a passion for the sciences and medicine from a very young age.

In medical school, I served as a paid peer tutor, teaching physiology, pathology, and pharmacology to fellow medical students in preparation for classwork assignments or medical board examinations.

I have taken the USMLE Step 1/2CK and COMLEX Level 1/Level 2CE. Through careful preparation, I earned a position in the internal medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic. I am now a critical care fellow at the Cleveland Clinic.
