I achieved perfect GPA 4.0 at the master's and doctorate levels of my academic career and am confident that I can teach others to achieve the same through effective study skills and organizational skills.

I teach AP Biology and AP Psychology as well as levels leading up to AP. I also enjoy helping students write exceptional essays and papers.

I have an undergraduate degree in sciences and social sciences (B.A.). I have a Master of Science in Gerontology (M.S.) and a Doctorate in Educational Psychology (EdD). I achieved academic excellence at all three levels of university study by using effective study skills and organizational skills. I have also successfully tutored Biology and Psychology for years.

I have taught students study skills and organizational skills and test taking skills as well as essay writing skills so that they can also excel in school.

I hold certifications in many aspects of fitness and health, including yoga, Pilates, Barre, personal fitness training, nutritional specialist, and behavioral change specialist as well a group fitness instructor.
