"My name is Caryn. I’m an early childhood educator. I have Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and my Professional License for teaching pre-school through third grade. I have 30 years as an educator. I have taught kindergarten, as well as first and second grades in Public School, with experience working with all age groups. As a classroom teacher, I have been trained in various reading programs and the implementation of many literacy assessments. I am trained in Orton-Gillingham-based instruction and Dyscalculia intervention for all age groups. I also have the Massachusetts Sheltered English Immersion Endorsement.
In 2014, I branched out independently providing individual academic support to students ranging from kindergarten to 6th grade in phonemic awareness, reading comprehension and fluency, writing, and math fluency.
