I have recruited, trained and developed over 100 college students into the private equity industry. I oversaw performance management, training and professional development for early careers talent at a top Private Equity Firm, coaching them on the knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors that put them on a path to a successful career in financial services.

I hold a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology with a focus on Coaching at Columbia University and have a commitment to supporting students and recent graduates in reaching their full potential. I know what it takes to make a successful transition into this industry-- what skills, experience and abilities these firms are looking for. Whether you are a high school student beginning to evaluate different career paths or a college student preparing to navigate the PE interview process, I can guide you with my industry insight.
