"My name is Ayman. I am an elementary and middle school teacher with 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I have two master's degrees, both in education (one in educational technology). I have 5 certifications from the state of New Jersey and one from Harvard University. I have tutored over 200 students in the past years. I have taught thousands of students in the the classroom (ESL/Social Studies/Math).

My approach to tutoring is to first determine my student's ability and needs. Once I do that, I begin to focus on helping my student focus on the areas of needs. I give my student all of my attention and allow them to ask me questions along the way. I love to go over the details of any topic/content by giving specific details with examples.

I've taught adults - especially ESL, but I have also taught high schoolers, middle schoolers, elementary students, and even kids in Pre - K and Kindergarten.
