"My name is Peyton, and I am a first year medical student at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus. I completed my undergraduate degree at Concordia College - Moorhead, with a major in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Environmental & Sustainability studies. I graduated summa cum laude and with a 4.0 GPA, and I completed my degree in 3 years instead of 4 due to my many college credits I received in high school.

I have multiple years of tutoring experience under my belt, and I have found it to be something I am incredibly passionate about! In college, I was employed as a biology tutor by the school, and I had the privilege of working with several small groups of freshman students. I was also a general chemistry TA, which furthered my love for teaching and helped me develop my communication skills even more. Finally, I have also served as a private ACT tutor for several students.

I love not only seeing the lightbulb moment that my students have when they finally understand a challenging concept, but I also love being able to spark excitement about the learning process and the subject being studied.
