"I absolutely love teaching literature and writing. I believe that everyone can improve their comprehension and expression, and I have had the pleasure of helping many students better understand what they read and better express their ideas in writing.

I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in English, and I have years of experience as a classroom English teacher. I have tutored many students since then, at both the high school and college levels. I enjoy working one-on-one with students so that I can help them with their particular academic needs and tailor my lessons to them.

I specialize in tutoring those who need help writing, editing, and polishing their essays, and those who are struggling with comprehending works of literature. I also teach and help with college application essays. I can offer assistance with understanding a work, or with the development of ideas, proofreading, and editing. I can help with a specific assignment or course, or I can offer more general lessons to help improve your overall writing skills.

I am generally available for tutoring on weekdays after 6pm and all day on the weekends.
