"Hi everyone, I'm Béatrice!

I am French Canadian and my whole family is from Quebec. I am a highly experienced teacher and love creating an enjoyable learning process. I have been teaching since 2019 and tutoring on Wyzant since 2020. I teach French as a Second Language and Science for grades 8-11 on the Lower North Shore in Quebec, Canada (Basse-Côte-Nord). I help prepare students for the Grade 11 French Ministry Exam and the Science Ministry Exam. This offered me extensive opportunity in test preparation skills for both subjects.

French Teaching Experience: I tutored middle school, high school, AP French, and adult learners. In this process, I acquired numerous teaching materials and help with whatever the objective may be per student: conversation, homework, or test preparation. I offer private one-on-one lessons in a stress free environment to help all my students gain confidence. Whether you are struggling with grammar, pronunciation, or reading, I am here to help!

Science Teaching Experience: I teach grades 8-11 Science and focus on Biology, Physics, and Environmental Sciences. I mainly focus on test preparations, homework help, and curate exam materials to prepare students for the ACT or their AP Exams.

I received a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Music alongside a minor in history from McGill University in Montreal. I received my teaching certificate from the Quebec Ministry of Education.
