"I received my Bachelors in Human Biology (premed) from University of Texas at Austin. I completed one year of post-bacc work at Sam Houston State with a 3.65 GPA in Biomedical Sciences. I graduated in the Top 3% of my High school Class. I have always enjoyed school, but the courses I excelled in were those in which I had an interest in the subject and the teachers and professors were fun and engaging and willing to go the extra mile, to help further understand and clarify the concepts. I try to incorporate this approach in my lessons.

I have the expertise and knowledge in biology, anatomy, algebra 1 and precal, to help my students excel in their respective courses. I have voluntarily helped fellow classmates in junior high, high school and college overcome challenges with assignments during and after class, in both group and one on one settings. I love being able to provide clear and concise solutions to students and seeing them succeed. My approach to teaching is direct and inquiry based. Being able to the understand students perspective of the material, and then developing a clear and concise explanation allows for student success!

I like to organize lessons in a fun, creative and concise manner, because students tend to learn and retain the information most effectively when the overall learning experience is pleasant.
