"The reason I love working as a tutor is because I have had phenomenal experiences with my tutors in the past. I know the feeling of having a topic be crystal clear after working with a challenging, motivational tutor. I have been a full-time science and math tutor for seven years, and have experience with students ranging from ages 14-45. Topics such as biology, anatomy, or genetics can be very dense at first, and I understand the value of being able to explain concepts in multiple ways from different angles. I make every lesson personalized, and I always look for feedback on how my teaching can be improved, but also what I am doing well and should continue.

Science is fun! Almost like an onion, different science topics can always be unwrapped in more and more detail. Over my five years of tutoring experience, I have developed a sense of how deep to dive on a particular topic in order to help a student best understand the concepts.
