"Hi, I'm Daniel! I completed my degree in Social Studies Education at St Cloud State University, and I currently hold a State of Minnesota Teaching License. Also, from March 2014 to March 2015, I experienced teaching ESL in China.
My teaching philosophy is to help students develop strong critical thinking skills through applied assignments and to teach them how to apply critical thinking to their everyday lives. Rather than focusing on memorization of names, dates, and definitions, I seek to create a classroom environment where students can apply and master material, leaving them with skills they will be able to utilize beyond high school.
