I love learning and sharing my knowledge, which is why I love my job as a professor at FAU. If learning is fun, we all remember how to maneuver through an activity which we learned by having fun. When we are enjoying an activity, we become relaxed and receptive to active learning. Being quickly successful at the beginning of a learning process builds confidence in an area of difficulty. Motivation is tied to Achievable goals and builds the confidence required to achieve the desired goal, learning."
