"Hi, I'm Elana! I'm a senior studying Business Analytics and Marketing at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. I have 1 semester left before completing my degree. I am in the Business Honors Program at my college and currently have a GPA of 3.94. I have been tutoring in various capacities since I was in middle school, from Algebra 1 while babysitting to 2 years of peer tutoring college students in SQL, Excel, and Accounting at my university's Camner Student Services Center. I have tutored students ages 6-22 years old.

Through University of Miami's Camner center, I tutored college age students in-person in one-to-one and two-to-one settings. For elementary math and Algebra, I have tutored both in-person and via zoom. I find the most effective method of tutoring math, excel, and SQL is through hands on application such as practice problems or writing code/functions together.

Tutoring has been a passion of mine for years as I believe it is a great way to give back to the community and make a positive impact on others' lives. I find it very fulfilling to help others succeed in areas they have struggled with, which is why I began tutoring math at such a young age.
