"I graduated from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I began as a substitute in various school districts in Somerset County. I then had a year long position as an aide. At that time I began taking classes at Rutgers University and received a certificate for Special Education.

With my Special Education certificate I got a job teaching third grade. In my first year teaching I worked with kindergarten, first grade, third grade, fifth, sixth grade, seventh, and eighth grade students.

I am currently a middle school Social Studies Special Education teacher. I have a resource room Social Studies class teaching students in sixth through eighth grade. I co-teach inclusion Social Studies in grades seven and eight as well as inclusion seventh grade science." less...
