"I am a father of 3 boys that got into teaching as a second career. I spent 15 years in the business world where I learned that I loved to teach. I went back to school after my boys had grown and received a 4.0 GPA for 3 years at one of New York's finest Schools of Education, Buffalo State College. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Childhood Education 1st - 6th grade. I taught 6th grade Math and Science in a public school in New York. I also have an Associates Degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. This degree helps me to be creative when it comes to lesson planning and thinking outside the box with students.
