"I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature from Barnard College and completed the UC Davis Post bac program where I obtained a certificate in Biological Sciences. My teaching experience includes working as a high school Algebra teacher in the Bronx, as well as a school librarian at an elementary school. I have also tutored students with dyslexia at the high school level. My teaching methods involve creating engaging lesson plans and working with students of all grades and educational backgrounds. I have experience in both classroom settings as well as one-on-one tutoring, and I have been involved in teaching for several years.

I have also substitute taught and found my passion working with elementary grade level students especially those in TK and Kinder. I greatly enjoy the play base learning involved with those ages and the fact that there is a lot of emotional learning involved for them at that age.
