"I’m Alexis! I have recently graduated community college with an associates degree in education and general education. I’m at Longwood University now working on my bachelors degree in elementary education. In my last semester at my community college I participated in student teaching with first graders. I learned so much about how to properly teach English, grammar, vocabulary, etc.

English can be difficult for some and I want to be that tutor that can help the student feel more confident with themselves and their skills.

I have direct experience with first graders with the English skills and even some math skills. I’m able to work one on one or even in group as big of 3 to 4. I’m eager to be able to learn more about myself through teaching and the student.
