"Hi! I have been an elementary teacher for the last 12 years. I have 4 years experience teaching 4th grade, 3 years experience teaching 3rd grade, 2 years experience teaching Kindergarten, and 3 years experience as a math instructional coach and interventionist. I have been named Teacher of the Year along with several other awards throughout my career.

My goal as an educator is to meet students where they are and focus on growth from their starting points. I want to instill confidence and a love of learning so they will continue to grow. I am an avid believer in strong phonics knowledge and I utilize Secret Stories along with Really Great Reading strategies to help students become successful readers!

I love math and utilizing games to help students practice skills. I use Numeracy Consultants to help remediate skills along with an assortment of games.
