"I have taught in an elementary classroom for 25 years. I have taught grades 2-6, all in the same school district. The majority of my career I have taught 2nd and 3rd grade. I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education in addition to 30 plus hours of continuing education classes. I have been tutoring children one on one, off and on, since I was 16 years old.

I love seeing children show growth in their skills. My goal is to increase children's confidence while closing skill gaps. I want to meet the needs of each student by understanding what learning style works for them. Not all children learn the same and that is okay.
