"I am the owner/operator of my own Educational Services business and I was a certified teacher and a homeschool teacher in Orange County. I currently reside in Ulster County and tutor part-time and on weekends. I have experience as a full-time tutor for children ages K-9th grades and I also have experience as an after-school tutor for 5th graders in ELA and Math for the Middletown City School District.

I have been teaching students ages 3-13 since I was 16. As a teacher, I enjoy finding new ways of teaching children to learn besides just the old-fashioned pen and paper. I have a Master's from the New York Institute of Technology in Instructional Technology for the classroom and I hold a Creative Art Therapy Certificate.

I believe children can succeed in anything they do with dedication, focus, confidence, and positive thinking. When a teacher integrates a child's interests with encouragement, students are more likely to be engaged for success.
