My experience with teaching started during COVID, when I helped a nine year old special needs student, Oliver, navigate remote learning. This hands-on experience gave me insight into adapting lessons to fit different learning styles, keeping things engaging, and breaking down complex concepts in a way that truly sticks.

I take a patient, flexible approach, tailoring each session to the student’s needs. whether that means simplifying tricky concepts, reinforcing foundational skills, or finding creative ways to make learning fun. My background in wellness, movement, and somatic practices also gives me a unique perspective on focus, memory, and motivation.

I am currently working on my 200 RYS, trauma informed yoga certification and somatic healing certification.
