"Hi everyone, my name is Roger. Allow me to introduce myself.

I received my Master's degree in taxation as well as my Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University, successfully completed the Certified Public Accountants Exam and passed the Special Enrollment Examination.

My excitement in tutoring others played an active role in college as I helped my peers study for their classes as well as prepared fellow students for the CPA exam. I hope that you can see my penchant for the realm of tax and accounting (whether it is introductory financial accounting, intermediate financial accounting, advanced financial accounting, managerial accounting, fund accounting, taxation or auditing) as well as my passion for empowering others to succeed in their accounting courses (whether it’s a quick one session brush up, whole semester or certification tutoring).

With over 20 years of consulting and training experience, I thoroughly enjoy working with clients and students in order to help them be successful.

I believe that my tax and accounting acumen in addition to my communication skills (acquired in my “other life” of stage, camera and voice over talent) will be a big help to students in two ways. The first way, would be to break down complex concepts into easy to learn material and to help students develop mastery of the material. The second way would be to keep these concepts engaging, while encouraging and motivating the student.
