"I've worked as an aerospace engineer full time for over five years now. I started off working as a Modeling and Simulation Engineer contractor for NASA in Huntsville, Alabama, where I worked on the Space Launch System rocket (expected to launch soon!). I recently moved to California, first to work at a private drone manufacturer, where I designed and built all types of autonomous aircraft for military, agricultural, and commercial applications, and now more recently to a New Space rocket company.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and Physics from the University of Miami, and my Masters of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida. Even though I work full time as an engineer, I have always found great joy and fulfillment in sharing my knowledge with others, whether that be through tutoring in high school and college or working as a TA throughout grad school. My priority in tutoring is always to ensure the student understands the basic concepts and implications of the material, so that they can succeed in both their current and future academic and life endeavors. My tutoring focus is primarily about my favorite subjects: math, physics, and engineering courses. When I'm not working, you can find me at your nearest basketball court running games, or online competing in the most popular video games.
I tutor primarily online, as this helps me connect with a wide range of students from all over the world. However, I do offer some limited in-person tutoring in the North Los Angeles area. I'm free most weeknight evenings and most weekends.
I understand that life is unpredictable, and that every student is unique, and therefore I'm very flexible with both scheduling/cancellations, and in my tutoring approach. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to schedule a tutoring session. If anything ever comes up, just let me know and it won't be a problem. I look forward to working with you." less...
