"I have more than 25 years of experience with teaching and tutoring English, ESL, and ESOL to students of all ages and levels. I also maintain certification to teach High School English. With a Masters in Education from Boston College, I've taught in many different settings (including Bunker Hill Community College, Emerson College, and Cambridge and Brookline Centers for Adult Education).

Also, I have tutored privately. I have helped people with practical skills such as applying to college, writing essays, and developing fun ways to study.

I'm a creative and highly motivated person. My approach is to offer a warm, safe place for students to feel comfortable as they learn and grow. As a teacher at high schools, colleges, and community centers, I have a student-centered style and look for the strengths of each person. I became a teacher to help students enjoy learning, improve their skills, and become stronger and more confident individuals.

I enjoy teaching English as a Second Language, Grammar, Literature, Vocabulary and Writing. It's been my pleasure to teach and tutor teenagers, college students, and learners from all over the world.
